Outsourcing library services is about getting other person or organization to do some of the services and it functions for some fee in favor, in this case , the cataloguing process , binding , web page design and maintenance of a particular library is outsourced from other library and organization. Outsourcing is done for some reason such as saving cost and time. But at the same time , quality of the process outsourced are questioned.

Library outsourcing can be considered relevant in some cases for library that lacks in some area of services . There may be advantages that comes from outsourcing of library services ,  but however , library organization have to be prepared to face the drawbacks and minimize all the other slacks from the effect of outsourcing library services from other organization
